By coming together through their union, SEIU Local 105, Security Officers ensured they get the pay and benefits they deserve as essential workers. These pay and benefit increases will allow them to take care of themselves, their families, and their communities.

Starting wages of over $19.00 for unarmed guards!
Paid sick leave in addition to paid time off!
48 hours of Paid Time Off after the first year!
Benefits that include health insurance, 401K, RTD EcoPass and both short and long term disability!
