  • Contract minimum rate up 45% from $13/hr to $18.80/hr by 2027.
  • $3.15/hr in annual wage increases. This is $15,600 in new money over 4 years.
  • Employers will provide cold weather uniforms, and equipment
  • Employers will assume the cost of any state licensing fees.
  • FIRST IN NATION Language: Employers commit to providing relief of post to facilitate officer access to bathroom facilities.
  • New holiday: Juneteenth.
